Uwe Helmerking. After his Abitur (equivalent of A-levels), Mr Helmerking successfully completed training as a banker. This was followed by studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich as a Diplom Kaufmann (equivalent of Masters degree in Business). During his years at KPMG, Mr Helmerking successfully completed training as tax consultant and qualified auditor. Most recently, the recognised financial specialist was Chief Financial Diretor of Berstorff GmbH, in Hanover. Today, Mr Helmerking is also Managing Director of the Cycleon and Vfw subsidiaries in the RLG Group and beides that responsible for the areas of finance and law at CCR. |

Peter S. Laino is a Managing Director of Monitor Clipper Partners. He joined MCP in 1998. Previously, Mr. Laino was a Vice President in the acquisition group of K-III Communications Corporation, a media holding company formed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Prior to that, he was an Associate in the corporate finance group of Dillon, Read & Co.; a Principal of Riverside Partners, a small, Monitor Group-sponsored buyout fund; and a Consultant at Monitor Group. Mr. Laino received a B.A., cum laude, in English from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He has served as a director of several of MCP's portfolio companies and as a trustee of the German International School of Boston, Massachusetts. |

Oliver Markl joined MCP in November 1998. Previously, Mr. Markl was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in the Structured Finance Group in London, where he focused on clients in German-speaking countries. Prior to that, he was based in Paris and London in J.P. Morgan's Mergers & Acquisitions department. Mr. Markl received a degree in engineering from the École Polytechnique in Paris, and a graduate degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Bologna.
